WHAT THE ADVANCED PROGRAM IS
The Advanced Program represents the next step after Essentials.
It focuses on the practical application of Mystery Guest skills, deeper analysis of hospitality experiences and direct exposure to real evaluation environments.
This program is not open to everyone.
Access is reserved for participants who have completed the Essentials Program and meet specific selection criteria.

Advanced-certified participants may be considered for Mystery Guest missions coordinated by MGH, based on project needs, location and performance.
With the Advanced Program:

✦ Missions can be national or international, depending on projects
✦ Assignments are project-based, not salaried employment
✦ Mission conditions are defined individually by MGH
Participation in missions is not guaranteed and depends on internal criteria and availability.
